With a lifelong love of music, Chad knows how exciting (and fun) learning an instrument can be. He started with saxophone in jazz, concert, and marching bands before teaching himself guitar in middle school. By high school, he was rocking the stage with a classic rock band.
Chad’s teaching career began in college at Iowa Central, where he quickly discovered his passion for helping others learn guitar. He went on to open his own shop in Humboldt, play in countless bands, and even form a praise group while deployed to Romania. Today, Chad combines years of performance experience with patient, personalized instruction to help students of all ages and skill levels find their own voice on the guitar.
