Caleb Weatherby is a Cedar Rapids native and Iowa State University alum. Having taught students of all ages in both Cedar Rapids and Ames, Caleb enjoys fostering long term growth of musical talent in every person.
Caleb has performed with various orchestras and ensembles from elementary school through college and has taken lessons from many teachers throughout his career. Most notably, Caleb is proud to have pedagogy lineages stretching back to Yehudi Menuhin, Ruggiero Ricci, and Ivan Galamian.
When Caleb isn’t practicing violin 40 hours a day, he can be found playing in his band, cooking, gaming, or walking his cat named Fish.
